Try these easy baked chicken tacos with avocado cilantro sauce🌮 The tacos are absolutely delicious, crispy on the outside & cheesy on the inside. But the real star is the sauce🥑 It’s been a favorite on our blog for a few years! We also pair it with our shrimp tacos, which are a must try👌🏻

Here’s the sauce recipe:
-1 avocado
-1/2 cup greek yogurt
-1/2 cup cilantro
-juice of 1 lime
-1 tsp cumin
-1 tsp sea salt
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1-3 tbsp whole milk or water

Blend all the sauce ingredients together except the milk/ water. If you want to thin it out, you can add 1 tbsp at a time of the milk or water until desired consistency or just keep it nice & thick😎 Enjoy!

Save this post because I promise you’re gonna want to make this cinnamon roll cookie skillet!🍪 Recipe below👇🏻

For the Skillet:
-½ cup unsalted butter melted
-¾ cup brown sugar light or dark
-1 egg + 1 egg yolk
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1 cup all-purpose flour
-1 tsp cinnamon
-½ tsp baking powder
-½ tsp sea salt

For the Glaze:
-1 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
-1 tbsp cream cheese softened
-⅓ cup powdered sugar
-1-4 tbsp whole milk (depending on consistency you want)

Directions:
-Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
-In the microwave or on stovetop, melt the butter & then let cool.
-In a large mixing bowl, whisk together butter & sugar.
-Add in the eggs & vanilla. Mix. -Pour in the flour, cinnamon, sea salt, & baking powder. Mix with a rubber spatula until combined. -Coat an 6in cast iron skillet or cake pan with butter.
-Press dough into the skillet and bring it all the way to the edges.
-Bake in the oven for 25-30 min. If you want it more gooey, lean toward the shorter time. If you’d like it a little more done, let it cook for 30 min.  -While the skillet is cooling, make the glaze. In a small bowl, using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese & butter. Add in powdered sugar & beat until combined. Pour the milk 1 tbsp at a time until you reach the consistency you want. If you want a thicker frosting, lean toward 1-2 tbsp. If you want more of a glaze, lean toward 3-4 tbsp! Drizzle on the skillet, serve warm and enjoy!

MAKING BABY FOOD AT HOME WITH ROMAN🍠

Let’s be honest, good quality pouches can be expensive! There are some incredible ones, but being able to make baby food at home in our @nutribullet baby is a game changer!🙌🏻

It’s so easy to use & it’s adorable (I’m a sucker for cute things)! You can literally cook & blend fresh baby all in one place. You just put the ingredients in & then let it work it’s magic! I let the food cook after cooking & served it up! It does all the work while I’m either tending to the boys, doing the dishes, or cleaning up!🧹

It’s also much more cost effective to make it yourself & i love that I can choose the ingredients that go-in! We do a mix of baby-led weaning & purées, sometimes purées or pouches are the most convenient & I love having the option of making things myself! It gives me peace of mind knowing exactly what ingredients are going in & where they came from🥕

You also have the option to just steam which is great if you want to cook something fast for your baby like apples or sweet potatoes! & then you can blend & pulse if you’d like!👌🏻

I made a batch with chicken, sweet potatoes, spinach, ghee, sea salt, garlic powder, & black pepper and Roman gobbled if right down😎 What combo should we try next?

Did you know I have over 35+ baked oatmeal recipes on my blog? I started making them in 2018 after I became a mama for the 1st time to make breakfast quick & easy! I was always hungry when I woke up so I wanted to have something nourishing waiting for me🍓

It’s so easy to prep ahead & store it in the fridge for the week. I just heat & serve with yogurt for protein & more fruit. It also freezes perfectly so is always my go to postpartum or when life feels busy! Have you tried baked oatmeal?!🥰
