Goat Cheese, Prosciutto & Fig Flatbread
This goat cheese, prosciutto & fig flatbread is honestly divine! An easy dinner, appetizer, whatever you want it to be. We recently went a winery and had a similar dish and I knew I had to make it at home. This flatbread includes so many of my favorite flavors: goat cheese, prosciutto, figs, arugula, balsamic. It's warm, comforting and feels fancy even though it's simple. It really is true sometimes the simplest flavors combined can make the best dishes. Try it and let me know what you think!

Servings: 2
- 1 flatbread I got mine from Trader Joe's
- 3-4 oz goat cheese room temperature
- ⅓-½ cup dried figs chopped into pieces
- 4-5 slices prosciutto
- 1 cup arugula
- drizzle of balsamic glaze
- sprinkle of flakey sea salt
Preheat your oven to 400F degrees.
Start by topping your flatbread with goat cheese. Spread it all around. It's easiest if you use a spreadable goat cheese, but you can also leave it out at room temperature to make it easier to spread.
Chop up your dried figs and sprinkle all around the pizza.
Bake on a baking sheet in the oven for 10 minutes until warmed through.
Top with slices of prosciutto and arugula.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and flakey sea salt.
Serve and enjoy!
