Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs sirloin, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • Pat the steak dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak cubes in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove skillet and set aside.
  • In a separate small pot, heat to medium and melt the butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
  • Pour the garlic butter sauce over the steak bites. Make sure the steak is coated in the sauce. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
