Servings: 6 burgers
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil chopped
- ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil for cooking
Optional Toppings:
- lettuce
- sliced cucumber
- red onions
- tzatziki
- buns or pita bread
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Mix gently until everything is evenly combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the burgers tender.
Form the mixture into 4-6 burger patties. They will shrink a bit once they're cooked.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook the burgers for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F.
Serve on buns, pita bread, or over a salad with your favorite Greek-inspired toppings!
