Juicy ground turkey is mixed with tangy feta cheese, savory sun-dried tomatoes, and simple seasonings, then pan-seared in olive oil until golden brown. They're packed with Mediterranean flavor, high in protein, and perfect for busy weeknights when you need something wholesome on the table fast.
Servings: 6 burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil for cooking

Optional Toppings:

  • lettuce
  • sliced cucumber
  • red onions
  • tzatziki
  • buns or pita bread

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix gently until everything is evenly combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the burgers tender.
  • Form the mixture into 4-6 burger patties. They will shrink a bit once they're cooked.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook the burgers for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F.
  • Serve on buns, pita bread, or over a salad with your favorite Greek-inspired toppings!
