In your crockpot, add the chicken thighs and the rest of the sauce ingredients.
Turn your crockpot on low and let it cook for 4-5 hours. Or you can do high for 2-3 hours. I prefer low for a lower and slower cook. You want the internal temperature to reach 165F degrees.
Once it’s cooked, use two forks to shred your chicken.
Meanwhile, prepare your Success Rice. Pour about 4 cups of water into a medium pot and submerge 1 bag of Success Rice (use 6 cups of water to cook 2 bags of rice). Place the lid on the pot and bring water to a boil and then boil uncovered for 10 minutes. Remove the bag from the water with a fork and let it drain. Then pour it into a bowl, add butter and sea salt. Mix together!
Next, steam your broccoli or whatever vegetable you prefer. We love to steam ours and then add in olive oil and sea salt.
To assemble, add rice, broccoli, and chicken into your bowl. Top with green onions and enjoy!
