This recipe is a great way to showcase fresh, seasonal produce and is sure to be a crowd-pleaser at any gathering.
Fill a large pot with water (enough to cover the potatoes and corn), add a good shake of salt, and bring to a boil.
Add the corn and potatoes to the water and cook for about 10 minutes, or until just fork tender.
Drain the pot and transfer the corn and potatoes to a large sheet pan. We have an extra large sheet pan, but if you don't you can use 2 regular-sized sheet pans. Add the shrimp, onions, sausage, peppers, and celery.
Meanwhile, pat dry your shrimp with paper towels. Go ahead and chop your peppers, onions, and celery. Then add the shrimp, whole sausage, and the chopped veggies to your sheet pan with the corn and potatoes.
Next, you're going to make the sauce. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add in the chopped garlic and old bay seasoning. Let it cook on low for 2-3 minutes to let the garlic and seasoning infuse the butter.
Then, pour the butter over the shrimp, sausage and vegetables and toss to combine.
Bake in the oven for 17-18 minutes at 400℉ until the shrimp is no longer pink and the sauce is cooked through.
Sprinkle with sea salt and chopped parsley. Serve & enjoy!
