Strawberry cheesecake overnight oats are the most delicious quick & easy breakfast! The strawberries mixed in add a little pink tint that makes these extra pretty! I'm all about making my favorite dessert recipes into oatmeal creations for a yummy breakfast! The yogurt addition adds protein helping you to stay full and satisfied!

Ingredients
½cuprolled oats
½cupsplain greek yogurt
⅓cupcashew milkor milk of choice
1tspground flax seeds
1-2tspraw honey
½tspalmond extractor vanilla extract
½tspcinnamon
pinchofsea salt
⅓-½cupstrawberrieschopped
1-2tbspnut butterfor topping
Instructions
In a mason jar, tupperware, or something with a lid, mix everything together expect the nut butter for topping. You could also mix in about ⅓ of the strawberries and save some for the top if you prefer OR just mix them all in!
In the morning, top with nut butter and possibly more strawberries if preferred. Enjoy!

For Storing: Store in the fridge in an airtight container for 3-4 days!
