These honey garlic meatballs are LOADED with flavor & such an easy delicious dinner🙌🏻

And the best part? I included 3 different cooking methods so you can make these work for whatever kind of dinner you need!

✨ Sear them in a pan & coat them in the sauce
✨ Bake the meatballs & toss them in the sauce
✨ Bake & freeze the meatballs, then throw them in the crockpot with the sauce for an easy dinner later

My suggestion? Make a double or triple batch! Make half on the stove for dinner that night, then bake & freeze the rest. Pull them out a week or two later, toss them in the crockpot with the sauce, and dinner is DONE. 😎🙌🏻

A little extra work once = multiple easy family dinners later. 👏🏻

Posted this recipe on stories yesterday & literally could not get over how many people asked for this recipe! But for good reason because it’s honestly sooo good & so soft! Plus it’s super easy especially for birthdays🥳

I made it last week for our little 2 year olds birthday!🥹 I love making it in a 9in cake pan but you could even double it & bake it in a 9x13 if you want it bigger!🤎 Enjoy & tag me if you make it!😍

The easiest chicken shredding hack👏🏻

If you’re still shredding chicken with 2 forks, this is your sign to stop & try using a hand mixer! It shreds the chicken so perfectly & quickly!🍗

It’s great for chicken salad, enchiladas, soups, tacos, casseroles, bbq or buffalo chicken, etc!💯

Save this for the next time you make chicken! I did chicken in the crockpot on low for 3-4 hours with a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper! Enjoy☺️

When I first started homeschooling, I thought I had to have it ALL together😅

I was desperate for the perfect routine, so I read the books, researched everything, and obsessively compared what everyone else was doing & honestly, I ended up more overwhelmed than when I started.

The biggest thing I’ve learned is that you have to find what works for YOUR family & YOUR kids🤎 Every family, every child, and every season looks different. That doesn’t mean you can’t gain incredible wisdom & tips from other people though because I’ve learned SO much from other mamas!

I thought homeschooling would look like tea parties & very aesthetic… but I have 4 boys😂 Ours looks a whole lot more like getting outside, working in the garden, checking on the chickens, & finding ways to let them MOVE as much as possible.

It’s not always easy, but it is so worth it. And we truly believe this is what the Lord has called our family to do & I’m so so grateful we’re able to do it🙏🏻

Here’s a little peek at what our mornings will mostly look like (& obviously it won’t be the same everyday!)

3. Workout with a little buddy 🏋🏻‍♀️
4. Check on the garden + chickens 🐓

6. Unload the dishwasher + morning chores 🍽️
7. Start school, take a mid-morning outside break, finish school + another coffee for me ☕️
8. Lunch, toddler nap + rest time for everyone 💤

I cooked 4 lbs of taco meat at once, portioned it into 1 lb servings, & then froze it. Next time I’d honestly do 5-6lbs of meat because we usually eat around 2lbs at a time🙃

That way it’s easy to thaw for things like tacos, nachos, burritos, enchiladas, & taco bowls🌮 Hope this helps!

Such an easy, budget-friendly dinner & usually cheaper than buying chicken breasts! 🙌🏼

A little bit of prep & then the rest of the cooking is hands off! Throw it in the oven, let it cook, & dinner is done! Sometimes I make an easy sides or cook potatoes & vegetables with it🍠🥦

If I’m lucky we’ll have some leftovers for the next day, although that’s becoming rare with 4 boys so I really need to start making 2! But I do use the leftover bones to make homemade bone broth, so literally nothing goes to waste🦴 Enjoy!
