Basically a sugar cookie but in a bar form! The slices are thick, yet soft and chewy, and a little crispy on the outer edges. Perfect in every way in my opinion. Slathered with a thick and dreamy buttercream frosting. Color of your choice! And finished off with some cute sprinkles because life is more fun that way.
Did anyone else grow up eating those m&m cookies with frosting from Great American Cookie at the mall?! They’re called “Double Doozies” and they’re basically the best thing ever! Basically you take two m&m’s cookies and put the most delicious buttercream frosting in the middle. They are DREAMY! I did a smaller batch this time around, but feel free to double the recipe because you really might wish you had more!
