PB CHOCOLATE COCONUT:

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups rolled oats

1 cup crunchy peanut butter (or any nut butter)

1/2 cup raw honey

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/3 cup shredded coconut

4 scoops collagen peptides (can omit or sub protein powder)

1/4 tsp sea salt (if nut butter doesn’t have salt)

COCONUT OATMEAL RAISIN:

Ingredients:

(on the right for T because we haven’t given him chocolate yet)

1 1/2 cup rolled oats

1 cup almond butter (or any nut butter)

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/3 cup raisins

1/3 cup shredded coconut

1/3 cup ground flaxseed

1/4 tsp sea salt (if nut butter doesn’t have salt)

Directions for Both:

Pour all ingredients into a bowl, mix them up, roll into balls, store in the fridge & enjoy!

The best part is they’re super versatile & you can substitute or omit anything! If it seems too dry, add more nut butter or sweetener. If they’re too wet, add more oats or flaxseeds, etc. or if you don’t like raisins, use chocolate chips, dried cranberries, or just omit all together. Use any nut/ seed butter: peanut, almond, cashew, sunflower, you name it!

Have fun with them & play around with the measurements! Treat them like a little art project & don’t be afraid to make them into your own little creation.
