Mac & Cheese, Chicken Sausage & Green Beans

Who doesn’t love an upgraded kids kind of meal? Personally, I love the classic kids foods! PB+J, mac & cheese, quesadilla, count me in! This isn’t really a recipe as much as it is just an idea for an easy dinner or lunch that I can guarantee everyone in the house will love!

For the green beans: In a steamer basket, steam green beans until desired crunch. Once they’re done, pour them into a bowl and season with olive oil, garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper.

For the chicken sausage: You can use any brand! Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Slice up chicken sausage into coins. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the chicken sausage out and spread apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes until warmed and through and warmed.

For the mac & cheese: Again, you can use any brand! We love Annie’s brand, but this time bought the organic family size mac & cheese from Whole Foods and it was SO good, and definitely cheaper! I just followed the instructions and the box and that was it!

Easy, simple idea for when you don’t know what to make for dinner but want something warm, comforting, and delicious! Enjoy!
