Banana Egg Pancakes

This recipe comes from @awilsonwellness on Instagram! This one of T’s favorites!

Ingredients:

-2 bananas, mashed

-2 eggs

-1/4 cup almond flour or coconut flour

-1/2 tsp baking powder

-sprinkle of cinnamon and sea salt

Directions:

Mix all together in a bowl.  Cook as pancakes in coconut oil (you can make them mini or use 1/4 cup for each pancake)

Top with whatever you want! For T, I either do nut butter mixed with melted coconut oil to thin, mashed berries, or this strawberry chia jam I posted awhile back, which he loved!

    Can I replace the almond flour with whole wheat flour?
