Sourdough French Toast

The best sourdough French toast paired with all my favorites!

Directions:

-2 slices of sourdough dipped in a mixture of 1 egg + 2 tbsp coconut milk + 1/2 tsp vanilla extract + 1/4 tsp of cinnamon all mixed together

-Cooked in the cast iron with grass-fed butter

-Topped with maple syrup and hemp seeds

-Served with strawberries, banana, and peanut butter

The best part is I prepped this yesterday & then warmed it up in the oven! Set the oven to 350 degrees, put the toast on a baking sheet in the oven. Take it out once the preheat goes off, so about 10 min & it’s the perfect temp!
