The easiest way to make all-purpose crockpot shredded chicken so you can use it in anything! Tacos, sandwiches, salads, whatever you want. Chicken cooked in a crockpot is one of my favorite ways to eat it. It’s so soft and tender and soaks up all the flavor, plus it’s so easy because you just throw it in there and leave it! Here’s how we do it!
Ingredients:
-2-3 chicken breasts
-dash of chicken stock
-garlic powder
-dried parsley
-dried oregano
-sea salt
-pepper
Directions:
Place the chicken in the crockpot. Season the heck out of both sides! I didn’t include measurements because this part is really up to you. Just make sure you get a good amount of seasoning on both sides and you’re good to go. Splash about 1/2 cup chicken stock or broth in the bottom of the crockpot to add some liquid. Cook on the low setting for about 4 hours. Then shred, cool, & enjoy!
