Jasmine rice:
-water
-ghee
-sea salt
Stir Fry:
-Butcher Box New York Strip, sliced
-broccoli
-red bell pepper
-carrots, sliced thin
-fresh ginger
-fresh garlic +
-seasoned with
-liquid aminos
-sesame oil
-salt and pepper
Directions:
First, sauté the beef in avocado oil and salt and pepper. Once it’s cooked mostly, take it out, set it aside and add in the veggies. Sauté with avocado oil, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, salt and pepper until desired doneness. Add back in the beef & add in the sesame oil & liquid aminos to taste
