Pantry Oatmeal Dough Bites

This recipe is inspired by The Faux Martha!


-2 cups packed large flakes unsweetened coconut

-1.5 cups rolled oats

-1/3 cup dried raisins

-1/3 cup chocolate chips

-1/3-1/2 cup peanut butter

-1/3-1/2 cup honey

-1/4 cup hemp seeds

-1 tsp cinnamon

-1/2 tsp almond extract (or vanilla, we ran out & I used almond & LOVED the flavor)

-1/4 tsp sea salt


In a blender add the coconut & oats and blend them until a flour consistency. Pour it into a large bowl and add the rest of the ingredients! Firm it in the fridge for 10-15 min & then roll into balls! Store in the fridge for a week or 2 or in the freezer for 2 months and just thaw beforehand.
