Thomas’ Turkey Burgers

Turkey burgers & fries, yes please! One of my favorite warm weather meals that i could eat on repeat!

Burgers

Ingredients:

-1 lb ground turkey

-2 tbsp finely chopped parsley

-2 tbsp Dijon mustard + 2 oz goat cheese (or about 1/4 of an 8oz package)

-2 tbsp chopped onion white

-1 tsp garlic powder

-1 tsp paprika

-1 tsp dry coriander

-1 tsp salt

-1 tsp black pepper

Directions:

To make the patties, heat a cast iron skillet with avocado oil, sear the burgers on each side & then bake at 350 degrees for about 5 min or until internal temperature of patty is 165 degrees.

Potatoes

Ingredients:

-potatoes (sliced super small)

-olive oil

-Primal Palate’s meat and potato seasoning

Directions;

Cut potatoes into thin, small slices, then cover with olive oil and seasoning. Bake on 350 degrees for 30 minutes for delicious and crispy roasted potatoes.

Salad

Ingredients:

-mixed greens

-tomatoes

-goat cheese

-balsamic vinegar

-olive oil

Directions:

toss all ingredients in a bowl
