Lemon Salmon, Parmesan Cauliflower Gnocchi & Ghee Broccoli

A quick and easy dinner combo filled with flavor!


Drizzle with olive oil, Primal Plate seafood seasoning, and lemon slices. Bake at 425 degrees for 9-12 min.

Cauliflower Gnocchi

Take it straight from the freezer & pour it on your baking sheet. Let it thaw for 5ish min. Break them apart so none are connected. Drizzle with a little avocado oil, sea salt, and garlic powder. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min. Take it out & flip them/ move them around. Bake for 10 more min. Pour into a bowl & cover it melted ghee or butter, sea salt, & parmesan! Marinara or pesto are also fabulous too!


Steam in a steamer & cover in melted ghee and sea salt
