Banana bread muffins 3 ways

This recipe is so simple & perfect snack or addition to breakfast!

Ingredients

-3 medium spotty bananas, mashed
-2 eggs
-1/2 cup full fat yogurt
-1/2 cup maple syrup
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
-1 tsp baking soda
-1/2 tsp sea salt
-blueberries, strawberries, & chocolate for topping💯

Directions

Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add in eggs, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract & mix. Add in whole wheat flour, baking soda, & sea salt. Mix until combined. Grease 12 regular sized muffin cups. Pour in & top each muffin with toppings. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min! Let cool!

  1. These are so delicious and were fun to make with my little one. Do you refrigerate the muffins after?

    • Yay!! I’m so glad to hear that! They can stay out at room temperature for 2-3 days or in the fridge for 4-5 days! They also freeze really well 🙂
