Fudgy Dark Chocolate Date Energy Bites

These energy are seriously so fudgy and delicious. They also only require 4 ingredients, which is pretty much the best thing ever. I love simple, and next time I will definitely be doubling the batch!

Ingredients:

-1 cup medjool dates

-1/2 cup of nut/seed butter (I used Nuttzo Power Fuel, but think peanut butter would be fabulous!)

-3 tbsp Philosophie Love Cacao Magic protein powder (one of my favorite proteins, but could also substitute with cacao powder)

-1/4 cup quick oats (rolled oats would also work

Directions:

Remove the pits from your dates. If they are drier, soak them in hot water for about 15 seconds and then drain to soften them. Add all ingredients in the food processor and blend until everything is combined. Roll them into balls. My batch made about 11-12 balls. Store in the fridge & enjoy!
