Easy Grilled Chicken Marinade
Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken breast
- ⅔ cup olive oil
- 1 juice of 1 lemon
- ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 3 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Pour over chicken in a bag or a bowl.
- Let it marinate for at least 1-2 hours but ideally 12-24 hours. The longer the better!
- Grill, serve with sides and enjoy!
