Yep, I went there. You’re going to love these & so will everyone else! So easy and such a hit. They won’t last long!

Ingredients:

-1/2 bag chocolate chips

-1 tbsp ghee

-1/3 cup peanut butter

-1 tbsp pure pumpkin, canned

-1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions:

Melt the chocolate with the ghee on the stovetop. Make sure to mix often so it doesn’t burn.ย Line 12 mini cupcake molds & pour in a small layer of chocolate on the bottom. Let the chocolate harden in the fridge for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix peanut butter, pumpkin, & pumpkin pie spice together. Spoonย a thick layer on top of chocolate when hardened. Pour the top coat of chocolate onย & put them in the fridge for about 30 min to harden. Then, they’re ready to eat!

*Store in fridge for about a week, or freeze them and thaw one for a couple minutes before eating! They’ll last for a month or so!
