Sweet Potato Wedges with Sriracha Dipping Sauce (Air Fryer)

We recently got an air fryer, and wow I love it so much! I really didn’t want another appliance and we don’t have a lot of storage so I was initially against getting one, but really wanted one at the same time. Now that we have one, I’m never turning back! They are amazing and make the crispiest foods. It also cooks things VERY FAST, which we’re all about that these days! You could totally make this recipe without the air fryer too. Just roast the sweet potato fries in the oven (I’ll share that option too)! Hope you enjoy!

Air Fried Sweet Potato Wedges with Sriracha Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

For the potatoes:
– 3-4 medium sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp sea salt
– 1 tsp black pepper
– fresh parsley, for topping

For the sauce:
– 1/2 cup avocado oil mayonnaise
– 2 tbsp ketchup
– 2 tsp sriracha

Directions:

Chop sweet potatoes into thick wedges and add them to a large bowl with the potato ingredients (except the parsley). Air fry on whatever setting works for your air fryer! I followed the directions on mine and used the setting 380F degrees for 25 minutes.

You can also roast them in a traditional oven at 425F degrees for 20-25 minutes. Depending on how thick you make them, you may need to check earlier or later. Just keep an eye on them!

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Pour the sauce ingredients into a small bowl and mix. Once the sweet potatoes are slightly cooled, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve! Hope you enjoy – let us know what you think in the comments! 🙂
