Best chicken wings I’ve ever had! I mean EVER! Thomas said they’re better than any grilled chicken wing he’s ever had. That’s saying a lot. I highly suggest you make these babies, we can’t get enough!
-3 lbs butcher box chicken wings
-1/3 cup all-purpose flour
-2 tbsp baking powder
-2 tsp chili powder
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp sea salt
-1 tsp black pepper
-1 bottle wing-time sauce (THIS is the one i used)
-To serve: carrots, celery, greens, ranch dressing
Lay your chicken out to air dry for 30-45 min. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Pat chicken dry paper towels (the drier they are the crispier they’ll get!) Dip the wings in the flour mixture (flour, baking powder, chili powder, garlic, sea salt & black pepper).
Place all the wings on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 min & flip halfway. Check to make sure they aren’t pink inside when done & then put them in a bowl. Pour over as much sauce as you prefer & serve. That’s it and they are messy, delicious, and addicting! Everyone will LOVE them!
